Women skydivers jump into San Diego Wave FC match to celebrate Pride Month LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- An all-female skydiving team soared into BMO Stadium Wednesday to kick-off the Angel City FC vs. San Diego Wave FC rival match.As a celebratory close out to Pride Month, 13 members of the Highlight Pro Skydiving Team leapt with pride to show support for the LGBTQ+ community. 1 dead, 4 others adversely affected after consuming unknown narcotic in Toronto One person has died and at least four others have suffered adverse effects from suspected drug overdoses in downtown Toronto.Toronto police say from Friday night into Saturday morning they responded to “numerous overdose calls” in the area of Strachan Avenue and Lake Shore Boulevard West. Investigators say a quantity of an unknown narcotic suspected to be an opioid was consumed by at least five people, who all suffered adverse effects, claiming the life of at least one person. “As the drug was consumed before police arrived, there is no description of it at this time,” police said in a statement. “Investigators are concerned there may be more of this suspicious drug sold or given to others.”Police are reminding individuals that if they are taking drugs to use extreme caution and not to do it alone. Anyone suffering a serious illness should go to a nearby hospital or walk-in clinic for treatment.
